With great expectation, tea workshop was held on November 6. We not only learned tea manners but also learn how to make tea.

 

The mentor helped us to recall tea manners such as sitting gesture, standing gesture and walking gesture that we learned last time through asking questions at the beginning. Meanwhile, she also supported us to recognize and sort the tea instruments and how to use them. Since everyone had a set of tea instrument, they learned it quickly. And then the mentor taught us how to make tea. Actually, making tea is not a normal operation if we want to drink good tea. There are many steps, even the gestures we use the instruments are crucial. The mentor showed us a complete procedure and the mentees practiced. After enough practice, we started to make real tea.

 

Making is not only a kind of art, but also a job in the future!
